At, we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, we will assist you with a prompt return. If the original order included free shipping, and item(s) from the order are returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credit. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your dress. No returns or exchanges after 3 days. No refunds. Store credit only. **All sales are final for all accessories, special orders, and CLEARANCE items.

Exchange Procedures

If you want to exchange an item(s), you must send your items back first The original items will need to be returned by following the Return Procedures below and order will be credited, minus shipping costs. once the original items are returned and the proper procedures are followed. This will expedite the process so that you can receive the exchange items faster, and will ensure the correct items be sent without confusion. Exchanges are allowed one time only.

Return Procedures
  1. Before returning any merchandise, please fill out the REQUEST FOR RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM below within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. You will receive a RMA# (Return Merchandize Authorization #) and a form to fill out for the return upon approval via email within the same or next business day. If the form is submitted after 3 days of receiving the order, the return may be refused, and no credit will be received. If for any reason you are not approved for the return, an email will be sent with the reason for disapproval. Any merchandise returned without a RMA# will be returned or refused at the buyer's expense.
  2. The returned item(s) must be shipped out within 3 business days after receiving the return authorization number. Please use UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package and include the return form inside the package. If item is not shipped out in 3 business days, a 30% restocking fee will be assessed. No credit will be given for items received more than 15 days after a return authorization has been issued.
  3. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. We recommend that you insure your package, at your own expense.
  4. If you are exchanging an item(s), please place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase and return the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund.

All return merchandise must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:

  1. Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, etc.
  2. Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.
  3. Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.
  4. All Return Procedures must be followed.
